By accessing or using iwanttoeatair.com (the "Site") or purchasing from IWANTTOEATAIR ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. If you are under 18, you may only make a purchase with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Placing an order on this Site constitutes an offer to purchase. No order is accepted, and no contract is formed, until we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information.
If we cancel your order after payment has been captured, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We are not liable for any other losses arising from order cancellation.
All orders are subject to product availability. Placing an item in your cart does not guarantee availability until the order is confirmed.
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes or import duties, which may be added at checkout or collected by the carrier upon delivery. Prices may change at any time without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
Payment is processed securely at checkout via Stripe or PayPal. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the full order amount. IWANTTOEATAIR does not store your card details. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title to products passes to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier.
IWANTTOEATAIR is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. For questions about a shipment, contact us at HELLO@IWANTTOEATAIR.COM with your order number.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, available at iwanttoeatair.com/returns, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.
We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and details as accurately as possible. However, the appearance of colors and materials may vary depending on your screen settings. We do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, or error-free. If a product is materially different from its description upon receipt, contact us at HELLO@IWANTTOEATAIR.COM.
All content on this Site — including but not limited to the IWANTTOEATAIR name and wordmark, product photography, graphic design, written copy, and the overall look and feel of the Site — is the exclusive property of IWANTTOEATAIR and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
