Processing

Every order is packed by hand. Orders placed on business days before 12:00 PM EST are typically processed the same day. All other orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

Domestic — United States

Standard tracked shipping is available to all 50 states. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Orders totaling 200 USD or more ship free anywhere in the United States.

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is made at our discretion based on your location and order size. All domestic shipments are fully tracked.

International

We ship worldwide. International orders are dispatched via tracked international courier and typically arrive within 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times to remote regions may be longer.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders of 200 USD or more qualify for free international shipping.

All international shipments include tracking. Once your order has been handed to the international carrier, tracking updates may be less frequent depending on your country's postal service.

Duties & customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost paid at checkout.

IWANTTOEATAIR has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information before ordering if you are concerned about potential fees.

We are required by law to accurately declare the value of shipments on customs forms. We do not mark orders as gifts or undervalue declarations.

Tracking your order

A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. You can also track your order at any time using the Track Order page at iwanttoeatair.com/track. Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high shipping volumes, severe weather, public holidays, or customs clearance for international orders. IWANTTOEATAIR is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us at HELLO@IWANTTOEATAIR.COM with your order number and we will assist you.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at HELLO@IWANTTOEATAIR.COM within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the package is damaged.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund. Claims submitted more than 30 days after the expected delivery date may not be eligible.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. IWANTTOEATAIR is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order, contact us at HELLO@IWANTTOEATAIR.COM as quickly as possible — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in processing.
