If an object is not for you.

Return window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date as confirmed by the carrier's tracking record. Requests submitted after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted. The 14-day window begins on the date of delivery, not the date of receipt of the shipping confirmation email.

Condition requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

— Unworn and unwashed.

— Free of any odors, marks, or signs of use.

— In original condition with all tags still attached and intact.

— Returned in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. Items returned in a condition that suggests use or that are damaged upon receipt of the return will be sent back to you at your expense.

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

— Items marked as Final Sale or Limited Edition at the time of purchase.

— Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.

— Items returned without prior authorization from IWANTTOEATAIR.

How to initiate a return

To start a return, email HELLO@IWANTTOEATAIR.COM with:

— Your order number.

— The item(s) you wish to return.

— The reason for the return.

We will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns may be refused upon arrival.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged (see Damaged or Incorrect Items below).

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return. IWANTTOEATAIR is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit. We cannot issue a refund for items we do not receive.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return — typically within 2 business days of arrival — we will notify you by email of the outcome.

If approved, a refund for the item price will be issued to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal) within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping and you are returning part of the order, the actual shipping cost incurred may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or item, return your original purchase for a refund following the process above, and place a new order separately. This ensures availability and the fastest turnaround.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us at HELLO@IWANTTOEATAIR.COM within 7 days of delivery. Include:

— Your order number.

— A description of the issue.

— Clear photographs of the item and, where relevant, the packaging.

For confirmed defects or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer either a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund including original shipping. Damage caused by the customer or resulting from normal wear does not qualify.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of our approval email, first check your bank account and contact your card issuer — processing times vary. If you have done so and still have not received your refund, email HELLO@IWANTTOEATAIR.COM with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
